Nepal Issues New Postage Stamp and Commemorative Cover Articles / Philately Date: Jun 03, 2003 - 01:56 AM On 29th May 2003 Nepal has issued Rs. 25 Denomination postage stamp to mark the "Golden Jubilee of the First Ascent of Mt.
